If you place a Rental Deposit, please be sure to download a Rental Agreement Contract, complete it and either email it back to us as an attachment or place it in our secure lockbox next to the community center front door. If you are unable to download/ print or email the contract, please contact us.
We can only hold your reservation for 5 days without a signed contract and deposit.
If reserving a date more than 5 month in advance or requesting a Recurring Use Rental, please contact us before placing a deposit.
