Aspen Park Improvement Association was founded in 1955 by the original residents of our community. We are an Improvement Association, NOT an HOA. The organization purchased the land on what is today Sutton Rd for the future home of the Aspen Park Community Center and Park as well as Aspen Park Pond just south of US Highway 285. In 1960, APIA built the Community Center that remains a gathering place to this day.
